Investment

59 €

One-time investment

01

Opening

5–10 min

Goal

Create clarity, presence, and openness.

Welcome & introduction

Set the tone:

This is not about becoming a new person. It's about remembering who you are underneath conditioning.

Normalize:

Everyone has limiting patterns, self-doubt, and mental noise

Create space:

No pressure to be 'positive' or 'fixed'

Intention setting:

This journey is about building awareness before change.

Optional Check-in

"How clear or overwhelmed does your mind feel right now from 1–10?"

02

What Mindset Actually Is

10–15 min

Goal

Remove misconceptions.

Mindset is not just 'positive thinking'

It is:

beliefs

emotional filters

subconscious patterns

Your mind is shaped by:

experiences

environment

repetition

Key Insight

"Your mindset is not your identity – it is your programming."

03

The Invisible Programming

10–15 min

Goal

Awareness of subconscious patterns.

Most decisions are not conscious

Inner scripts like:

I am not enough

I have to prove myself

I can't trust myself

These beliefs run automatically in the background

Important Shift

From self-judgment → self-observation

Core Message

"You don't change what you hate. You change what you understand."

04

Why Change Feels So Hard

10–15 min

Goal

Reduce frustration and resistance.

The brain prefers familiarity over growth

Even painful patterns feel 'safe'

Change = uncertainty → nervous system resistance

That's why motivation alone fails

Reframe

You are not lazy or inconsistent

You are regulated by familiarity

Core Message

"Your system doesn't resist change – it protects what is known."

05

Identity vs. Behavior

15–20 min

Goal

Create transformation clarity.

Behavior follows identity

Most people try to change actions without changing self-image

Examples:

'I want confidence' vs 'I am someone who is confident'

Identity acts like a filter for decisions

Reflection

"Who do I believe I am?"

Key Shift

From doing → being

06

Building Mental Awareness (Foundation Practice)

10–15 min

Goal

Practical tools for daily awareness.

Thought observation

Notice without judging: 'What am I thinking right now?'

Pattern labeling

Identify recurring thoughts: 'This is my fear speaking, not truth.'

Identity question

Is this thought aligned with who I want to become?

Optional Journaling

"What thoughts repeat most in my mind?"

07

Closing + Integration

5–10 min

Goal

Grounding + direction.

Recap:

Awareness → understanding → identity shift begins

Emphasize:

Change starts with noticing, not forcing

Normalize:

Growth is a process, not a switch

Closing Message

"You don't need a new mindset. You need awareness of the one you already have."
